1. Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all StreamVox Pro subscriptions.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not used a significant amount of the service, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date.
- You must have purchased the software directly from our website or authorized payment processors.
- Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (like Apple App Store) are subject to that store's refund policies.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not issue refunds for:
- Renewals of subscriptions where you haven't cancelled before the renewal date, unless required by applicable law.
- Requests made after the 14-day refund period.
- Products that you have used extensively or abused.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Microsoft Store Purchases
For purchases made directly through the Microsoft Store, please refer to Microsoft's Refund Policy. We cannot directly process refunds for transactions handled by Microsoft.
